Green Again: twice the course in two years
A lean, self-funded plan to restore San Diego's historic learn-to-golf course: doubling its revenue, more than doubling its rent to the City, and reopening the gate wide to the next generation of junior golfers before the course's 2032 centennial.
The full plan is circulating privately right now, with neighbors, junior-golf families, historians, and people who know this course, so it can be shaped by feedback before it's public. It covers the restoration ("Green Again"), junior golf, the Old Town connection, the numbers, and what the City would gain.
